Thrive
Envisioning innovative teams around the world building joyful communities and a healthy planet
I partner with purpose-driven teams to identify what’s hindering success and guide them in taking the steps needed to thrive.
Want to increase impact?

Strengthening purpose-driven teams to identify root challenges, embrace uncertainty, craft solutions, and create the impact they seek.
Have you ever…
Seen a gap between your team’s talent and results?
Had a dream - a vision you know could make a big difference - but struggled to put it into words and action?
Wondered how to find footing and funding in rapid change and uncertainty?
Faced a major decision and did not know which steps to take next?
Struggled with conflict between team members?
Felt isolated, stuck, or burned out?
Time for a vantage point
Fresh perspective and a professional toolkit at your disposal will spark results.
My job is to work with you to pinpoint what’s holding your team back and find the best path forward to act with clarity and confidence.
How?
We’ll work together to identify your envisioned outcomes and what is blocking your team from realizing them right now. Then we’ll identify resources and solutions so your team has clarity and confidence to take the next steps and create the impact you desire.
After we conclude our work together, your team will feel clearer, calmer, focused, and hopeful, and you will experience measurable results in your work.

A Three Branches Approach
Leading a team and reaching your goals demands technical skills, and it’s also an art that blooms in community.
I infuse the art of collaboration with technical services. I work with you along three branches to:
Seek
Seeking means first listening closely to you and your team to understand what your vision and goals are, your needs and concerns, then learning about the core challenges, exploring potential causes, gathering information, and then identifying the roots of the challenges so we can create the best solutions together for the actual problem.
Innovate
Innovation means taking a risk. To innovate, we first face and accept the discomfort and uncertainty of the call to change, then connect with ourselves - the inner knowing we all possess - and build trust by connecting to our team members’ wisdom. We invite in new ideas, partners, tools, and resources, design and prioritize solutions, and then plan next steps.
Thrive
Thriving means taking action and reflecting. We’ve identified the problem. We know the steps to the solutions. It’s time to take action. Implementing measurable steps along a clear time frame will lead you to achieve your goals. Measuring and evaluating results, then adjusting and adapting, propels your team to achieve consistently.
The Three-Branches-to-Success Process shifts teams from wishing to achieving.

-
Strategic planning
Partnering with your team to create the plan you need. Whether visioning, creating a theory of change, or building a complete strategic plan, the process will build team cohesion and a clear path.
Ready for a conservation & financial plan to get your team on the same page and invite funder investment? Let’s do it! We’ll base it on your team’s focal species, habitats, and socioeconomic priorities, using the Open Standards for the Practice of Conservation, then build out costs and revenue projections for your plan’s timeframe. Option to add on scenario planning.
Once you have a clear vision, purpose, and detailed goals and activities, a fundraising strategy will transform your innovations to action and impact.
-

Whether you are developing a new employee handbook, updating a financial policy, creating a land leasing policy, grant issuance procedures, or building another type of operational document, a partner who can bridge big picture and detailed-level thinking with operational best practices will prevent potential pitfalls boost your team’s performance.
